What scheduling times are available, and how does it work?
The times that we have available are on the scheduler. If a time is not currently available at the "Small, Large, or Extreme" times we suggested, we cannot repair your dent until later. If the time is not available, we cannot process your repair when we don't have availability. I know this seems redundant, but this page exists because other customers made the same leap.
You're in control We often send the scheduler, and a customer wants to know what times are available without looking over the scheduler themselves. The scheduler exists to save you money and time.
In reality, we don't know because we have several other customers choosing the right time for their repair. As soon as we tell you a time, it may change before manually input it. If you cannot input the information manually, we may not be a good fit for you. It's not that we don't want your business; we want as much business as possible. All times you see available as a retail customer are already filled with commercial work for local auctions, dealerships, and rental car agencies. We don't have a lack of work, and we don't want to increase our prices by hiring someone to manage your appointment. The vast majority of our customers respect having the power to choose a time that works for them. Therefore, we have cut out the middle man and given you the ability to schedule at your convenience and to make changes as life happens.
You do not have an appointment if you are not on the scheduler. Customers have gotten upset in the past because they text us a time that works for them without a response from us. In that event, you do not have an appointment.
