Our Company Policies Are Quite Simple.

1.We do not repair dents when you the primary party are present. That is, you cannot farm out your opinion to someone other than yourself.

A third party dent is a dent that the owner is not aware of, not concerned enough to handle themselves or a vehicle that is owned by another party in general; this includes but is not limited to us dealing with two people as primary contacts, auto rental cars, your parent, grandparent, or spouse's car, etc. We have a legal obligation to protect the owner and the vehicle when it comes to repairing decisions. Paintless Dent Repair work is usually perfect when done, but the owner needs to be aware. If it were your personal asset and someone else got a large dent ding, you would want the same treatment.

1. We do not repair third party paintless dent repairs, for any reason. This includes small dents, minor dents, door dings, and the like.

2. We reserve the right to decline any dent repair at any time for any reason.

3. We do not accept ultimatums of any kind, for any reason. We remove dents on cars at a fraction of a body shop cost, we will not be forced to do something that is unethical based upon your demand.

4. We reserve the right to be real people. We are not a huge corporation that is faceless or nameless. We expect to be treated with respect and we will respond in kind.

5. We will treat everyone regardless of race, sexual orientation, age, political affiliation, with the gratitude and respect deserved of any valued human being in Christ Jesus.

6. We are armed and will stand our ground, in the event of a robbery (even if its a over one penny). We would rather die on our feet than live on our knees.
