This is a rough draft of the script I used to make the video. I plan to clean these up soon, but for now it's just a rough draft.

This is speaking in generalities. As soon as I say something about what cant be done there with be a dozen images or videos showing that they did it. This is speaking in generalities about the limitations of Paintless Dent Removal.

Im going to tell you everything that you need to know about what Paintless Dent Repair can and cannot help you with.

What is the absolute limitation of Paintless Dent Repair/ Dentless Paint Fix?

This is speaking in generalities. As soon as I say something about what cant be done there with be a dozen images or videos showing that they did it. This is speaking in generalities about the limitations of Paintless Dent Removal.

Im going to tell you everything that you need to know about what Paintless Dent Repair can and cannot help you with.

Here is what we cannot do:
  1. 1. We cannot repaint your car. We may be able to fix your dent, but if you have major paint loss. Dont pressure a dent repair technician into a job.
  1. How the magic happens is by reading the paint. If the paint is gone we are basically pushing in the Dark. Lots of educated guesses, so guess what you really want in this situation? Someone very experienced, look for Vale Certified, NAPDRT Member, ARC Certified, and PDR Nation for the most qualified technicians.
  2. Touch up, no matter how good is still not good enough and it will be noticeable even if we wetsand everything down, get an exact color match, and lay your touchup in perfectly.
  3. We cannot fix puncture holes in general. This includes bumpers, plastic parts, and metal etc.
  4. Work on Vehicles that have repainted at a second class bodyshop

2. We cannot repair parts that do not function properly.
  1. Windows that don’t roll up or down.
  2. Doors that won’t open due to a collision
  3. Brackets and panels that have been moved into the unibody.
  4. Metal that has been folded back on top of itself

3. Replacement of major parts. This includes but is not limited to headlights, Glass, Bumpers, etc
  1. We will remove doors, hatches, hoods, headliners,
  2. Any and all interior trim.
  3. Headlights
  4. Taillights

4. Crumple Zone Damage Near Edges
  1. Edges are very difficult. We can make major improvements but not 100% perfect. You must understand that to a technician an 80% repair is past what you will notice. They are looking at it under a microscope type of device.
  2. Crumple zones or areas where the metal meets the metal makes it impossible to get a tool behind the dent to make adjustments. They may still employ glue pulling techniques, but that is limited.

5. Work on Panels with Moved Intrusion Beams.
  1. Intrusion beams in your vehicles inner shell are basically the structural skeleton. If one of these beams has been significantly damaged or moved, Paintless Dent Repair may still be possible but no qualified technician will touch it, due to the safety issues involved. Protecting people in the event of a collision is more important than making the outer shell look pretty.

Edges are very difficult for technicians. Any place where the metal of a panel has a 90 degree turn. There is an area on that line that may not be pushable. Since this is where the two panels meet there may not be adequate space to make the necessary adjustments.

We may still be able to affect a satisfactory repair but it will not be 100% perfect.
