In-person estimate
Rather we see it in person?
Most dents can be priced from photos for free with our online form. If you would rather have the damage looked at in person, here is how it works, what it costs, and how to book.

Bring it to us
At our shop
- 1410 Walt Williams Rd, Lakeland, FL 33809 (North Lakeland) · Map
- I look the vehicle over myself and give you a price on the spot.
- This is a look, not the repair. Once you have the price, we book the repair.
We come to you
At your home or work
- Paid online when you book. We do not drive out until it is paid. Non-refundable.
- The $100 comes off your repair if you have us do the work. The mileage does not.
- This visit is to inspect the damage, not to repair it. Some damage cannot be fixed paintlessly, and the repair may not fit that day, so the repair visit can carry its own mileage charge.

- Hail is looked at under proper shop light, never priced from photos.

Questions
Why does a home visit cost money when the shop is free?
A home visit is a trip out before anyone knows what the damage is. The $100 is credited to your repair if you go ahead, so it only costs you anything if you decide not to use us.
Can you fix it on the same visit?
Sometimes, but do not count on it. The visit is scheduled to inspect, not to repair. If the repair needs more time, the tools from the shop, or turns out not to be fixable paintlessly, I will tell you on the spot and we will book it properly.
Why is a hail estimate $150?
A written hail estimate is a full report for your insurance company: every panel counted, measured and photographed. It is a lot more work than looking at one dent. The $150 is credited to the repair when I do the work.
