This Privacy Policy explains what Whitehorn LLC (“we,” “us”) collects and how we use it across our apps, listed below. Each app has its own section — jump to the one you're using. If an app isn't listed yet, its section will be added here when it ships; the URL doesn't change.
Dent Repair USA
Applies to the Dent Repair USA apps, web portal, and websites. This is a business tool for dent repair professionals; it is intended for users 18 and older.
What we collect
- Account information: email address, name, and sign-in credentials (password sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; Apple/Google sign-in when you choose it).
- Business data you enter: customers, estimates, invoices, photos, notes, schedules, expenses, and mileage. This is your data — we host it to run the Service for you.
- Profile and community content: your tech profile, callsign, posts, guides, photos, and messages, which are visible to other users to the extent you share them.
- Location: only for features you use — e.g. the opt-in tech radar broadcast, arrival detection, and mileage tracking. You can turn location permissions off in your device settings.
- Payment information: processed by Apple, Google, or Square. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage analytics (Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics) to keep the Service reliable.
How we use it
- To operate, sync, and back up the Service across your devices
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud and abuse
- To provide optional features you enable — weather at your job sites (coordinates sent to Apple WeatherKit), QuickBooks invoice sync (Intuit), online booking, and team invoice sharing
- To fix problems and improve the product
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
- Service providers: Google Firebase (hosting, database, storage, push notifications — data stored in the United States), Square (payments), Apple and Google (store billing, WeatherKit, maps), and Intuit (only if you connect QuickBooks).
- Team features: if you attach your account to a company, summaries of your invoices (customer, vehicle, amounts, status) are shared with that company's owner. Attachment is consensual and reversible.
- Community: content you post publicly is visible to other users.
- Legal: if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account (and its data) in the app — profile circle → Tech Network → Delete Account — or by emailing us. Backups and logs age out on a rolling basis. Some records may be retained where the law requires (e.g. payment records).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted by per-account security rules; payment credentials never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure — keep your password private and use a strong one.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the consent box on our estimate request form, we may send you text messages about that estimate and any appointment that follows — for example a link to finish your request, your written estimate, an appointment confirmation, or a reminder.
- You choose. Consent is never a condition of getting an estimate or of any purchase. The box is unticked by default and the form works exactly the same if you leave it that way.
- How often. Only in relation to a request you made — normally just a few messages per estimate. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No sharing, in the exact words that matter. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third party.
- We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you give consent we record that you gave it, along with when and from which form, so we can show that any message we sent was one you asked for.
Your choices
- Edit or delete your business data and profile in the app at any time
- Control location, camera, photo, and notification permissions in your device settings
- Disconnect integrations (like QuickBooks) whenever you want
- Email us to access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll post the update here with a new effective date and notify you in the app where appropriate.

Seminary
Seminary is a Bible-study app for reading, hearing, and memorizing Scripture in Greek, with original German and French translations, built for seminary and PhD-level language study. It is intended for a general audience.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no network connection required to use the app. All content — Greek text, translations, audio, flashcard progress, and memorization progress — is bundled with the app or stored only on your device.
Purchases
Subscriptions are billed and processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's own privacy practices govern that transaction — see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Since no data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. Deleting the app removes all locally stored progress from your device.
