Before you write — quick fixes
- Data not syncing between devices? Make sure you're signed into the same account on every device (tap the profile circle, top-left of the home screen — it shows the signed-in account) and that your subscription is active.
- Bought a subscription but the app still looks locked? Your purchase is attached to the account you were signed into when you bought it. Sign in with that same email and it unlocks immediately.
- App misbehaving? Close and reopen the app first; then check the App Store / Play Store for an update.
When you report a problem, include
- Your account email (never your password — we will never ask for it)
- iPhone or Android, and the app version (Settings → About)
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — screenshots help enormously
Billing and subscriptions
- Bought on iPhone: manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- Bought on Android: manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Bought on our website: billed by Dent Repair USA via Square — email us and we'll take care of it.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app: profile circle → Tech Network → Delete Account. Or email us and we'll do it for you.

Before you write — quick fixes
- Subscribed but the app still looks locked? Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not a separate account. Try closing and reopening the app; if it's still locked, use Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
- App misbehaving? Close and reopen the app first, then check the App Store for an update.
Billing and subscriptions
All purchases are billed by Apple through the App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We don't process payments ourselves and can't issue refunds directly — Apple handles that.
Data
Seminary doesn't use accounts and doesn't collect data, so there's nothing to delete on our end. See the Privacy Policy for details.
